Dont use the Same Anchor Text Backlinks

When the google spider sees your anchor text back link, it now associates those keywords with the page it is going to. Combine solid anchor text back links with solid on page keywording and you are well on your way to getting better rankings in the search engines.
If you are building lots of back links do not use the same exact anchor text in all your back links. Google will get suspicious if all your back links are the same.
